Thanks to all mechanical features, good quality of surface coatings and thanks to the fluidity of the zamak it is possible to obtain thin walls, ribs and specific shapes with high precision and low process and production costs.

These are main characteristics of zinc alloys. But what is zama (or zamak)?

Zamak is an alloy mainly composed of zinc, with addition of low percentages of copper, magnesium and aluminum , processed by hot chamber die-casting and used for mass production of small components in zamak.

Zama molding, performed by injection molding machine dealt by qualified technicians, is recommend to achieve technical and aesthetic details. we suggest for both the use of vacuum technology that avoids lot of physiological production problems involved in the diecasting process, like microporosity and filling problems in thin walls.

The constant request of the markets for an ever-increasing miniaturization of products has led us to be specialized in the production of medium-sized, small and very small-sized zamaks, almost always destined to be galvanically treated if not painted.

Achievieng an ever greater containment of production costs, and deleting the work of recovery, (such as the boring of the seat of a bearing in a die-cast zamak), has brought us, thanks also to the introduction of the jet simulation software, to obtain dimensionally very precise products with restricted tolerances.

Thanks to our quality control of the machine that verifies, with gauges and pads passes / does not pass, we guarantee, even in high production, the accuracy of the design.
The strength of our internal Zamak Molding department is our workshop, the same place where we manufacture die-casting molds and where we carry out maintenance and cleaning of all molds after each end of production.

But where can we find a zamak die-cast product? zamak die-cast product is often a component of doors and windows, and it is commonly used in illumination design, in electrotechnical, electronics, automation and security industry as well as for all small parts and various components in zama.

The sectors in which we operate most are:

• electrical engineering
• electronic
• civil automation
• industrial automation
• security
• telecommunications
• automotive
• sporting goods
• furniture
• fashion
• and some others...
